LOCATION: "BARRIO A MAGDALENA", WITH A PROTECTION PLAN IN FERROL
SILICATE PAINTING PROCEDURE FOR RESTORATION OF BUILDING FACADES: 

Installation of façade scaffolding
Probing of the façade surface to detect defective or loose areas, and then removal of these pieces to be restored
Cleaning with high-pressure water with a fungicide to eliminate any lichen and dirt
Treatment of the façade with a reinforced passivate and repair work with mortar
Application of a Silicate sealing primer
Application of 2 coats of Silicate finishing mineral paint
Painted with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of an enamel metal finish on the cast iron bars of the balconies and windows
